Delivery
Shipping to UK Locations
We offer FREE delivery to UK mainland locations. All items are packaged and sent inside a FREE jewellery gift box.
Items will be posted by “Special Delivery Next Day”, with Royal Mail. This will require a signature upon delivery of the parcel. Parcels can therefore NOT be left at “secure locations” in or around your home, and you may have to collect your parcel from your ‘local delivery office’ if no-one is at home to sign for the delivery of the item.
We strive to post items within 2 working days. If your item needs to be hallmarked first, this may lead to a posting delay. We will send you an update if applicable.
Once posted, items should be delivered the following working day. You will be able to track & trace the progress of your delivery online.
International Shipping to Countries within the EU
Since Brexit, trade between the UK and the EU (and vice versa) has become more difficult. Shipping from the UK to continental European countries now involves filling out customs declaration forms and the payment of import duties / import VAT upon delivery of the item.
Such duties are charged to the recipient, at the recipient’s location. There is usually also a ‘handling or admin fee’ to be paid, which is charged by the spedific courier or postal service that delivers the parcel.
If you live in Europe (outside of the United Kingdom) and are interested in buying or ordering a piece of jewellery from SixtySix Bijoux, please message us by email and we will attempt to find a suitable delivery solution. Thank you.
International Shipping to NON-EU Countries
Regrettably, we are currently UNABLE to offer international shipping to countries further afield (outside of the UK/EU) as this involves much greater postage costs in addition to the payment of costly customs/import duties (or import VAT), which we are unable to foresee and calculate.
We are therefore unable to sell to you if you live in a country outside of the European Union.

Returns
Returning an Item
If you find that the piece of jewellery you bought from SixtySix Bijoux does not meet your expectations, please contact us by email first. We will then let you know how you can return the item.
In the case of returns, we will issue a prepaid postage label and send it to you by email. You will then be able to take the QR code contained in the email to any post office for a member of staff to print off the label and attach it to your parcel.
The return postal service will be by “Special Delivery Next Day” (with Royal Mail), same as when the item was posted out to you, to ensure that the parcel is covered against loss.
Please note that we are unable to offer free returns, and that the return postage charges will need to be covered by the customer. The cost of the return postage will be deducted from the refund amount at the time when the refund is issued.
14 Days to Return an Item
You will have 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to return an item. Returns can only be made through Royal Mail, by “Special Delivery Next Day”. All items must be returned undamaged, in the same new & unworn condition and packaged inside the same original gift box, in which they were received. Please take care when packaging the item - thank you.
Returns and Refunds
Once we have received your return, we will check the condition of the item to make sure that the item is undamaged and unworn. We will then issue a refund via the original payment method to your account (MINUS the return postage cost for the postage label sent to you).
Exchanging an Item
Please note that exchanges will be difficult and are usually not possible as all our items are handcrafted and may greatly differ from one another in terms of their design, in additon to their price. It may therefore be quite difficult to find a “like for like” item to make a direct exchange possible.
